Your details, and how we use them

What we collect
When you register, we collect what you type into the form:
- your name and work email;
- your agency's name and website;
- your role and city, if you give them;
- whether you'd like to offer the report to your clients, and which emails you agreed to receive.
We also record the date and the page you registered from.
Why
- To prepare your agency's report from public data, and to email it to you.
- If you ticked the box, to send occasional updates about the report. Each one lets you stop them.
- If you said you'd like to offer the report to your clients, to contact you about that.
What we don't do
- We don't sell or share your details.
- We don't add you to anyone else's list.
- This site uses no tracking cookies, advertising pixels or third-party scripts.
Where it's kept, and for how long
Your details are stored with Cloudflare, which hosts this site. We keep them until you ask us to remove them, or for 24 months after the last report we send you, whichever comes first.
Remove your details
Enter the email you registered with, and we'll delete your details straight away. You can also reply to any email we send you.
